I started to walk along Michigan Avenue when I heard the distant sound of a jackhammer, working away. It seemed like it was ages away, but at the same time it was right there. Or something like that.
Anyway, I'm bringin' ambient-back (doesn't have the ring of sexy-back...), this is more low rumble of traffic with the very distant sound of construction.
